Here is what actually happens

Venus only goes retrograde once every eighteen months. This one runs October 3 to November 13, and it does something most of them do not. It starts in Scorpio and backs into Libra.

That means two different reviews, back to back.

Scorpio goes first and asks what is true. Trust, intimacy, power, who has the money and who has the say.

Then Libra takes over and asks whether it is fair. Relationships, standards, the amount of yourself you hand over to keep the peace.

And here is the part nobody mentions. Venus does not actually finish until December 15.

Oct 3

Venus stations retrograde in Scorpio. The review opens.

Oct 23

The Sun meets Venus. The single clearest day of the whole cycle.

Oct 24

Mercury stations retrograde in Scorpio too. Two retrogrades in the same sign. Rare.

Oct 25

Venus backs into Libra. The question changes from what is true to what is fair.

Nov 13

Venus stations direct. Mercury turns the same day. Now you act.

Dec 4

Venus re-enters Scorpio. Second look, steadier footing.

Dec 15

The cycle closes. Your finish line.
